This week we’re talking about teens and accountability. We’ll define what accountability is and how to hold teens accountable. Then we’ll talk about setting goals and how to help our teens realize those goals. Finally we’ll look at ways to help instill accountability in teens and help them make themselves successful.
In today’s episode we’re going to discuss one of the most basic things we can impart on our teens, common courtesy. It’s a topic that’s often overlooked and taken for granted but one that can have a profound impact on our lives at just about every age. We’ll discuss how common courtesy has slipped during the digital age. Then we’ll look at some of the most basic forms of courtesy, most of which are very easy to follow and have long lasting benefits. Finally we’ll discuss how to encourage your teens to practice common courtesy into the future.
We finish up our two part question and answer session with four new topics. This week we discuss relationships, the future, family and personal values. We gain new insights into the complicated personality that is our co-host and we get what I consider to be the single best answer to the age old question “What is the meaning of life” that I’ve ever heard. It’s a heart warming, educational and entertaining look into the mind of today’s youth.
