We’ll discuss how common courtesy has slipped during the digital age. Then we’ll look at some of the most basic forms of courtesy, most of which are very easy to follow and have long lasting benefits. Finally we’ll discuss how to encourage your teens to practice common courtesy into the future.

We then take a deeper dive into some of the ways to improve your self esteem and the effect your self esteem has on other aspects of life as a teenager.
