In the latest of our “revisited” series we take a deeper look into Self-Esteem, a podcast we did back in episode 5. This time we dig deeper into how to manage self esteem. We’ll explore the six pillars of Self-Esteem and go into details regarding how these guiding principles combined with the tips and tricks we talked about in our original podcast can help you improve and manage your self esteem.
We’ll also recap what we had talked about in Episode 5. We review the signs of high-self esteem as well as the warning signs of low self-esteem. Madison will explore which of each characteristic she exhibits today as opposed to when we first discussed this topic in Episode 5. Then we’ll do a quick review of where Madison was at the start of the podcast series and where she is today complete with a rating of each time period.
The podcast finishes with some helpful advice from Madison on how others who faced self-esteem issues can pick themselves up and improve their overall estimation of themselves and their outlook on life in general.
